Private cloud runs entirely on single-tenant Hiperlinks infrastructure in the region you choose. Hybrid connects your own on-premises hardware to Hiperlinks, so sensitive workloads stay with you and everything else can scale on ours, managed from one control plane.
In the region you select when you create an environment. Data, models and backups stay there, and outbound traffic is blocked unless you allow it.
You can use customer-managed keys. If you revoke them, the data encrypted with them can no longer be read, including by us.
